Sprinkle the turbinado sugar into the cake pan and move the pan around until the sugar coats the bottom and all sides. Selection is pretty diverse, my only beef being that the only brown ale on the whole menu is a bottled version of Samuel Smith Nut Brown, and there isn't a stout in sight. So, basically the same pour you'd get anywhere else. An additional 20 bottles (6 craft) round out the selection.īeers are served in 14 and 16oz sizes, but the 14oz is just a standard shaker where the size is adjusted to take into account head space.
